- Share all the event details you already have, and your overall hopes and dreams for the day
- Set up a 30 min complimentary discovery call
- Receive either a Commitment Letter or a basic proposal to see the details start falling in place
- Make things official with a booking deposit
- Receive a detailed proposal with sketches, design options and detailed descriptions
- Confirm all the designs and numbers once you have your final guest count
- Enjoy your family and friends every minute of the day while our team facilitates all the setup, any changeover(s) and strike at the end of the night
*There is a fee for off-site visits and sample meetings for events with under $20,000 floral budget.

Our team will source your rental items, create floor plans, and provide an in-person sample décor meeting. This can be combined with our floral design services for an all-inclusive event design experience.

- Officially reserve the date with a booking deposit
- Kick-off design planning with a detailed vision board and design concepts
- In-person décor meeting with samples of flowers, rentals, draping, lighting, etc., including initial proposal presentation
- Follow up with personalized proposal to reflect your vision, budget and priorities
- Confirm all the designs and numbers once you have your final guest count
- Rest assured that all communication between the vendors that is related to design (rentals, florals, draping, lighting, etc) is handled for you and in your best interests
- Enjoy your family and friends every minute of the day while our team facilitates all the setup, any changeover(s), and be treated as the biggest VIP in the room!

A floral, plant and gift boutique located in Green Spring Station of Lutherville-Timonium. Floral Fêtes provides a simplified a la carte experience to fill your event with flowers. With the Fêtes Collection, choose your palette (customizable to your vision), select the pieces you need, from budvases to statement, and opt to either pick them up at our shop or have them hand-delivered by a team member to your event.
*There are no minimums on Collection orders.
**Setup and breakdown are not included.
